For businesses to thrive, they need the right environment. With our help, growth opportunities are being unlocked at Halifax Business Park.
Bunbury’s premier business park is being made into an even more attractive option for businesses through a $3 million infrastructure upgrade funded by the State Government.
The multi–million–dollar initiative is creating the environment for economic growth and investment by improving security, safety, access and infrastructure. By carrying out these upgrades, we aim to retain and attract new businesses, helping to support employment opportunities for local residents.
Enhancements include the installation of CCTV and additional lighting at strategic locations within the precinct, improving the road network by installing a slip lane, and sewerage works.
To build the case for funding for the project, we worked with local businesses and organisations such as the City of Bunbury and Bunbury Geographe Chamber of Commerce and Industry to identify the areas that could be addressed to facilitate growth.
Making use of local contractors has also been important, with various businesses awarded contracts to assist in the delivery of project components.

Security improved through the installation of 22 closed-circuit television cameras in Halifax and Davenport. Additional floodlights have also been installed.
ROADS - COMPLETE
