Grants
The South West Development Commission administers two main annual funding programs - the Regional Development Scheme (RDS) and the South West Events program.
However the Commission also considers projects which fall outside these programs and occasionally makes grants to projects within the region, based on merit.
South West Events Program
Under the South West Events program the South West Development Commission provides grants for South West festivals, events and markets which are of regional significance, promote visitation to the South West and provide a high quality experience.
Regional Development Scheme
Under the South West Regional Development Scheme (RDS) $500,000 is offered annually - with applicants able to apply for grants between $5,000 and $150,000.
