Still time to help shape the future of Withers

Local residents still have time to voice their opinions on how to make Withers an even better place to live.
The City of Bunbury and South West Development Commission are encouraging people to share their thoughts for improving the Bunbury suburb before the closing date for submitting completed surveys rolls around on September 5.
Surveys can be answered online at http://yoursaybunbury.com.au/ or by filling in a form that can be collected from the Withers Library, Hudson Road Family Centre or South West Sports Centre.
Survey responses and information provided at the community consultation sessions will be considered during the creation of a strategy that will be used to guide the future development of Withers.
South West Development Commission acting chief executive officer Graeme Baesjou thanked people for taking the time to attend the forum and community events, which wrapped up last week.
"We are heartened that people took up the opportunity to have their say by attending these events," he said.
"If you were unable to attend these events and have not yet submitted a survey, I encourage you to fill in the questionnaire while there's still time."
All people who complete a survey will go in the draw to win a $200 Woolworths Minninup Forum voucher.
