Bunbury Silos - Mantra

Construction was completed in December 2008 and included the development of a hotel/resort consisting of 64 serviced apartments, 25 residential apartments, a small conference centre, restaurants and bars.
Expenditure: $40 million.
Cowaramup Bay Resort

This project involves the construction of a resort comprising 161 accommodation units. The development application has been approved by the Shire of Augusta-Margaret River. Construction is expected to commence in 2009.

Plans for a resort featuring 112 accommodation units seafood restaurant, bar, pool, tennis courts and walk trails. The development will also feature an aquaculture facility. The development application has been approved by the Shire of Augusta-Margaret River.

IBEX Capital Pty Ltd
Redevelopment of the former Acacia Caravan Park to develop a strata-titled development which includes 34 single story villas and 7 double story villas. The development will also feature a swimming pool and tennis court. Construction commenced in October 2008 with completion of the project expected by April 2010.
