This website is produced by the South West Development Commission. It aims to provide comprehensive information about the South West of Western Australia and the activities of the Commission.

Web design

The site has been designed to be accessible to as many users as possible, including:

  • people who use assistive technologies;
  • those with slower internet connections or less than state of the art equipment;
  • those with non-PC internet devices including hand held devices and mobile phones; and
  • those who use an earlier version of a web browser.

Why our website needs to be accessible

We cater for people who:

  • may not be able to hear, see, move, or process some types of information easily or at all;
